Trestle Inn Restaurant & Saloon

Great place for a burger and a drink or beer. We were hiking at the state park near by and stopped for some hot food. If in the area stop in, you will not be disappointed. Food, beer and service were great.

Cool spit. Literally in the middle of the north woods. We stopped during trail riding on a Friday afternoon and it was already really busy. They were short staffed, but the service was still very good. Really good burgers and a great bowl of homemade soup. Full bar. Know that it is cash only - no cards.

We had to travel miles and miles on gravel roads to get here, but it was totally worth it. Such a great atmosphere. The place was packed on a Saturday night and had such a good vibe - warm, cozy, and very local.
The food was decent. Beer cheese soup was lukewarm, but had good flavor. Typical bar fare.
Definitely worth the trip if you’re looking for an authentic, less touristy dinner.

The food was tasty. Usually I smother my hamburger with ketchup, but this one was tender and moist and tasted wonderful! The server was sweet and attentive. The only downside was that I wouldn't come here with just the girls. The clientele greeted us at the door requesting a five dollar entrance fee then called us "city folks". I'd definitely come back again for the service & food, just not the atmosphere.

What a gem of a place! The atmosphere, the food and service is absolutely amazing. I had the Trestle burger and it was fabulous! The waitress was great and super accommodating of our large group. Such a great experience!
