Drumstick Blizzard was a huge letdown. Instead of chopped peanuts and cone pieces, there were whole peanuts, and just a few cone crumbs. Not like the other DQ's, we've been to for the same treat... It was still DQ, but that was the only saving grace

I give a 5 star shout out to a young employee named Mitchell who displayed excellent customer service skills and was a huge assert to the team. It was very busy, he was helpful and pleasant to a coworker having trouble with the register, very knowledgeable and efficient in his food prep, and treated every customer great! The food was great, but his service was exceptional.

I only buy the icecream here. That is excellent, great choices. Food is fast food.... the tables could be cleaned better. Most tables are still sticky and seems like the servers are not responsive to getting the tables cleaned with out direction.

Orders all delivered as requested. The store was clean. Had a little trouble getting anyone's attention at the counter even though there were quite a few working, & there were very few customers in the store. They were clearly busy with their own agenda.
