Flank steakhouse

We had an outstanding dinner tonight at the Flank steakhouse for our anniversary. The staff was very personable and professional. The food was outstanding. Both the Salmon and Wellington were perfectly prepared and delicious. The Semifreddo dessert was incredible. We lived in the California Bay Area for years and the food here rivals the fine dining there. What an amazing add to Hutchinson. Highly recommended!

Yum! So glad I ordered what I did and got to taste so many other dishes. I loved the flank steak, and it was medium rare-exactly how I ordered it. Mashed potatoes were fantastic and french onion soup was perfect. If you like brussel sprouts, you'll love the bourbon maple bacon sprouts! Highly recommend!

My wife and I made reservations for her birthday to try out for our first time. We were beyond impressed with the quality and flavors of the food. The steak was hands down the best I have had from a restaurant in a very long time. We are big fans of chicken wings and had to try theirs, definitely worth going there for them alone. Can't wait to go back again.

My husband and I chose to check out Flank steakhouse for our date night. We arrived and staff greeted us right away. The atmosphere is nice and the food was good. We really enjoyed it!
My only complaint would be that I’m not convinced there was any alcohol in two of my drinks. I had two pretty in pink and a penny mule. I ordered two mocktails and asked to have vodka added and I’m thinking that there was a misunderstanding and that nothing was added because I didn’t feel anything after having all of my drinks. Other than that the flavor of the drinks were very good and I would get them again next time we go!

Appetizer: fried cauliflower (amazing)
Main course: 10oz hanger (amazing)
Side: beer mac (good-if you like it really creamy ask for extra cheese)
Side: asparagus (good)
Side: sweet potato wedges with brown butter cheese sauce (Amazing-the cheese tastes great on the steak too)

Absolutely awesome from start to finish! The cocktail menu is unique - not a big cocktail fan but the combination and variety of flavors in the Downtown Gimlet amazed me! The garlic mashed potato and tenderloin steak were perfect - didn't want them to end. Jamie- of the waitstaff was delightful! Highly recommend this restaurant!

I had the pleasure of eating at this wonderful place the other day for lunch. The whole experience was absolutely amazing! The chicken wings, which I am a connoisseur and order them everywhere I go, honestly the best I have ever had!!!! Go and try them now if you like wings. The burger was awesome too. And the special pour over coffee was so good I didn’t even need anything but it straight up. Thank you to Vince & Amanda and all of the extremely friendly staff for a wonderful lunch. I highly recommend this very, shall I say upscale yet at home feeling restaurant. To many many more meals at Flank!!! Next up is the tomahawk challenge!!!
