Culver's

Great food as all Culver's I've been too, but what was really good was the staff. Drive through was packed. We were asked if we needed ketchup for our fries. I've been to many drive throughs for various fat food establishments and that rarely happens. We were greeted with a huge smile and thanked for our business when we arrived at the window. The inside dining was closed due to Covid so we drove around to the parking lot to eat our food as many who got food did. Where we parked on the opposite side of drive through was a poor employee working a terminal for pick up for called in orders. It was VERY hot and humid. We realized that our chicken sandwiches didn't have mayo so I asked the employee if we could get some. She looked at her outside station, apologized, and said she would call in as she didn't have any. Soon a young man came out with a big smile and said he had 4 for me. I was SO impressed with all the staff! Cudos to Mankato Culvers!

The food is good but it takes 10-15 minutes to get your food. The drive thru has somewhat faster service. I wouldn't recommend it if you only have a 30 minute lunch.

Tried chicken blue salad ... WOW one of if not best salad I ever had. Was questioning whether to get that or classic deluxe burger I always get. Now it won't be a question, Culver salads are GREAT.... and you don't feel as guilty getting custard for desert ;P

Nice clean restaurant and friendly service too.
