Five West

Our waiter tonight was Ann. She was very responsive polite and made sure we were happy and always taken care of. I even noticed her running at one point because our check was waiting on the table. Excellent service and will remember this place because of her. Thank you again Ann

We liked Five West pretty well. The service was good and the food tasted pretty good too. The blueberry pancakes I got were a little disappointing because they were too sweet with only blueberries on top instead of in the pancakes themselves, and the sauce was only a little on the plate. I would go back, but probably get something different!

It is a very nice place. Very clean and everybody was very friendly. Food is amazing and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food to come.

Great service! But the food was just okay. Came for brunch on a Saturday and our hash browns were very underdone and pancakes cold. Our omelets were good though.

I had the Firecracker burger. I like my burgers and steaks medium rare. This was spot on, perfectly done as I requested. I'm very picky about my meat temps, and I couldn't have done it better myself. The service was great, Angela did an amazing job. We go often to Five West and they have made great strides since opening to become a favorite restaurant in Rochester for us.
