    Reducing my previous review due to a conversation I just had with a staff member. Still great location, great rooms for the price, but the staff has changed in the last year or so. We have been coming here for 4 years now and this is the first time I have considered going elsewhere.

    Clean hotel. Average customer service. Room was decent but maybe not the best value for your money.

    Comfortable beds good breakfast I would definitely recommend this hotel. Plan to stay again in the future. Place settings for 2 with a family of 4 doesn't really work very well.

    Mainstay Suites is clean and has everything you need, plus more. The staff is amazing, so willing to help you, they go be on what you need. Thank you MAINSTAY SUITES.

    The rooms are spacious. There is a kitchenette and a king bedroom suite. when spending several days or a whole week here, it makes for a better stay by not feeling so cramped. The Price is Right, the value is good. This is my Rochester "home".
