My girlfriend is in there all the time, and she always raves to me about the amazing Soup & Salad and the super nice staff! She just took me today, and I gotta say, it lives up to her ravings! It was amazing! There are so few choices in the Mayo Clinic subway and the staff is definitely great! Super nice, really helpful, and know how to keep a restaurant clean! I will definitely be back in again, with or without her!
Today's menu was a Mandarin Chicken Salad for her and I had a Chicken Salad Sandwich, chips and chocolate chip cookie! WOW!

I was really skeptical on how good a salad bar could really be. This was the first time in the Mayo Clinic here in Rochester and I happened to see the typical food chains like DQ, Etc..... This however stood out to me and a salad sounded good so I bit the bullet and tried it out. The Mandarin Salad has to be the best salad I have ever eaten in my entire life. Full of flavor and just ignites your taste buds with a flavor explosion that is delightful at every bite. Definitely don’t miss out on this place, it is worth it. We definitely need one of these in Citrus County Florida.

What's not to like? Sandwich, good. Grain bowl, good. Salad, GOOD! (Joey from Friends reference :)
I‘ve tried it all, and the Farmhouse is my current favorite... who would have thought that Brussels Sprouts could actually be delicious!?

Had a great experience at Saladworks. The ingredients are fresh and unique and delicious! So many healthy options! My daughter loved the soup and my son enjoyed the sandwich. The staff was very friendly and the rolls are melt in your mouth goodness! Highly recommend!
