“First two times we ate there it was all amazing. Service, food, other guests. The third time was absolutely horrible! Food was cold and the hash browns were soggy. Coffee was weak. Never offered creamer and when I asked I got half n half. I guess... but the other two days they asked if I wanted flavors or half n half. Kids were acting up a little because it took 15 minutes to get service. When we left the other customers were snotty n rude. Just not a good experience.”

“The day shift here is absolutely amazing! I’m in almost every day at noon and every time they greet me by name! They’re always in a good mood and know my sandwich by heart... I don’t have to tell them anything and it’s made perfectly every time! I’m also very impressed with their work efficiency! Everyone has their job in the line and the flow of getting customers through is flawless! I’m never in there more then 5 min! I don’t know how they do it with the chaos that goes on at lunch in dealing with the drive thru, customers in house, and online orders all at one time! I give them Major props everyday for working so well together and I tell them this often! I hope they’re rewarded for their hard work because they absolutely deserve it!”
