The coupons in mail or on the mobile app are well worth it and the drive thru is pretty good in timing

ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF HOW TO MAKE A BURGER! IM PRETTY SURE THERE IS A PICTURE TO SHOW STEP BY STEP ON WHAT GOES ON A SPECIFIC BURGER. ITS NOT THAT HARD PEOPLE! GET IT RIGHT!!! I ordered a whopper and these employees!!!! ( 10-25-19 around 9:40pm ) forgot to add tomatoes to my whooper! AND YES IT IS A BIG DEAL CAUSE I PAID FOR A WHOOPER THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE ALL THINGS TO A WHOOPER. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going home after a long, hard day. I haven't had a Whopper in probably ten years and was thinking how good they were. I stopped at BK and ordered up my Whopper meal and the lady was really nice and happy and thanked me. She asked me to pull around And she would bring out the fries fresh and hot. She thanked me again and smiled a big smile. I went around and when she brought out my dinner she thanked me again and wished me a great night. I realize these are little things, but I had a long day and this was a fast food worker probably bored out of her skull. She made my day better just with a good attitude. I would have hugged her but that would have freaked her out for sure! And the fries were hot and fresh as advertised and the Whopper just as good as I remembered. Thank you BK lady. You were awesome tonight!

You either get great customer service or terrible, no in between. Never had a problem with food quality though (bar is set pretty low for fast food lol. 5 star food, 2 stars taken from sometimes rude workers)
