The atmosphere and bagel were excellent. One of the women at the counter was super friendly to me. Another one was polite, but seemed over me from the moment I walked up to her. I think she was probably just having a rough morning though. All in all, it was a good experience and I would happily go again. I had the blueberry bagel with the strawberry spread. I recommend you try it.

I enjoy going here. Everyone is so nice. Some of them know your order before you order.

Store manager seemed rude to me. I never seen him there and just asked if he was the store manager. I went there EVERY other day for over 1 year. For the same drink every time.
I knew almost everyone there after a while. My drink would be finished before I was even done ordering. It was so amazing. Not sure what went wrong where. . .
One day I went and there were NO STRAWS. Last time I went there. Half of the menu was unavailable because the store manager did not make sure that the ingredients needed were ordered. Another time they had their baked goods unavailable. . .
Not to mention I think they fired my favorite employee/manager. He was so awesome and I put in a good call and eventually I watched him become a manager. He was so good at his job and was super nice and always made customers laugh or leave with a smile.
The same people I was there with for a year slowly are disappearing and I'm extremely disappointed.

By far my favorite an best place for like ever. Now. . . . I don't even go anymore. My soul is crushed.
