; We entered on a quiet Sunday night close to 9PM. With three rooms connected for seating, Parlour had plenty of seating available. The ambiance, cozy and elegant.

We ordered the simple burgers, smash burger style, which were great. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't able to add a fried egg to my burger, but no biggie - sunny side up will do just fine. The two large potato French fry order is definitely shareable, possibly even between three people. I highly recommend the garlic aioli for the fries, if you're into that sorta of thing.

Their in-house old fashioned cocktail bites and STRONG!

Staff was great the moment we walked in. Hostess was patient with us. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The rest of the staff acknowledged and thanked us as we walked out the restaurant.

Overall, it's been a great experience. We'll be returning and check out the other location.

Much larger than the Minneapolis one but still the same great food. Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had (Parlour Burger). Brought my dad and by end of dinner he was talking when we were going to go again. Highly recommend and will be back.

Another City Tin coaster in the books. Dined at Parlour Bar St. Paul. Enjoyed the uniqueness of popcorn fried in bacon fat and coated in pineapple dust. I thought the meat blend in the burger was top notch but the $14.50 price point for just the burger did seem a bit high. Fresh cut fries were a table favorite. Cider was tart and I am a fan of that so two thumbs up from me there.

    Top three things:
    1. The burger, of course, one of the best in the Twin Cities
    2. The fried cauliflower - plenty of flavor
    3. Popcorn - really great to share with the table

Things I wish I knew ahead of time:
    1. At the time we went, the burger bun did not have a gluten free option
    2. Scrambled eggs here are an amazing option
    3. No parking lot, so metered street parking is your best bet

My friends and I tried this place because we heard that they have the best burgers in town. I was also cautiously optimistic because whenever I go to any restaurant know for their signature food item they always seem to cut corners on everything else.

I got their Parlour Burger and added a friend egg and bacon. It was amazing considering that it was just meat and cheese! The sign of a good burger is that it doesn't rely on 10 extra fixings to be delicious. My extras definitely leveled up my burger, but I would've been just as happy without them.

The bread and butter pickles were flavorful, crunchy, and generous! And the hand cut fries were awesome too - crispy outside, soft inside, and perfectly seasoned.

The staff was super friendly and our food arrived surprisingly quickly, but it was also 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I couldn't find any fault with anything. My whole experience was just that good!
