    Back to back Farmhouse sammies! Went two days in a row just for the sandwich. Very good egg sandwich as well as the staff, they are very nice. Definitely a good fit for the area.

    Try the Iced matcha with almond milk and vanilla. It's delicious.

    Got a cappuccino, which tasted burnt (probably should have just gotten normal). But daughter liked her frappe, and the bagels were yummy!

    Not a fan of bagels...BUT...here I like! Today tried a green chili & a spinach one. So good. I ate without cream cheese. ????Nice staff. Great ☕ as usual.
