All the bowls are delicious and my favorite is the Nauti bowl! You can enjoy a signature bowl or build own (the possibilities are endless). The owner and the team are amazing! Always cheerful attentive service and the bowls are prepared with care. There is also a Nautical Bowl app and you can earn rewards for free bowls! Be sure to ask about it. I have ordered multiple times take out from Nautical Bowls White Bear Lake. The app is so easy to use! Each time my order has been ready and waiting. The food is delicious and I know I am eating a healthy meal. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Nautical bowls if you are looking for a high quality, healthy, and tasty Acai bowl!

First time coming here and I must say it was really good! About 10 selections of bowls and the option of building your own bowl with additional toppings. Love that they explain what each bases is along with the nutrients and it is super filling! Also, the ambiance of the environment, they really got the sea breeze going on vibes. Friendly staff and really cool family. Check it out!
