(November 24, 2019, 3:17 am)The food was delicious and flavorful. Service was great too. Server stop our table at least 4x to check in. The place inside was spacious but parking could be bigger.

(November 10, 2019, 3:27 pm)The salsa is very good and tastes fresh. Love the white cheese conqueso. Service was good. I gave it only 4 stars as this was third visit and the meal was greasy.. Grease oozes on plate..yuck.. Other 2 visits, the food was delicious and not greasy. Will definitely go again.

(August 27, 2019, 6:27 am)Happened on this place after a Google search for Mexican while in Shakopee. I was not disappointed. I wasn't too sure about El Toro when I first saw it but once inside I was greeted with a friendly smile and upbeat personality. The interior decor is unique and pleasing. The food was fresh and very flavourful.
