Food is awesome, thats five stars. The wait time to get the food is 20-30 minutes though so I knocked a point.

Every time I have been there it is alway very good and clean. Suggest to everyone this is a must go for a great burger....

I go a couple times a month mostly for the fries! Ermahgerd those things are so flipping good! Good staff at the Shakopee location. One of the pop machines usually doesn’t work, luckily they have 2. Go get some fries!

I went in with my husband and we ordered 2 regular hamburgers for each of us. (4 total) Even though each burger has 2 patties, we don't order fries and we were super hungry. The burgers were good and quite juicy, but I'm wondering if that's because they have a high fat content.

I wish they had more of a condiment area because I ordered mine with mustard and catsup, but there was very little of each. I ordered with onions, but there were not that many. I ended up getting some on the side, which was better. The bun is a bit compressed and pasty once you start eating it. I've had these before and they were good, but tonight was different.

The people were nice, even the cook staff. My only complaint was that as we were eating, the cashier was doing some side work before she left and was sweeping the floor near us. I really hate that because even though she was sweeping slowly, there tend to be dirt particles in the air while they sweep.

I'd say for the value...$31. for 4 burgers and 2 people, I'd rather go have a burger that includes fries for about the same price or a little more.
