“I'm giving three stars because it is a local joint but they definitely need to step up their game. I put my Chinese order in ahead of time and was told 15 mins. I got there on time and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes or so and I was the only one there. The food was decent but I remember thinking meh. Would love to see the place renovated and get new life. Not enough Chinese options in the Proctor/Hermantown area.”
