    Great service as always. The general manager delivered our meal and then bussed the table when we were done. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals as well.

    Update: The store manager sent me an apology and sent me two free meal coupons by mail. I still do no like the food, but an update in the review was in order. I appreciate good customer service over everything else.

    Original Review: A very curt and surly man took my order. He had the customer service skills of a prison inmate. The worst cheese curds have ever eaten.

    Okay, the regular food is great. I've never had a bad salad or burger here. But the custard, which, let's face facts, is a major draw, has become horrible! It used to be great...creamy and delicious. Now, however, it's gritty, with gritty bits that stick to the spoon. I've gone here twice this summer, and it's been the same each time. Ugh, and sorry Culver's, but I do not feel inspired to return.
