Arnie's Restaurant @ RGC

We had a large group. Our waitress Carla was on top of everything..A+ . The food was wonderful..I didn't hear anyone complain! It must be a wonderful place in the summertime and view is spectacular. Try it out...you won't be disappointed.

I'll start by saying the food is wonderful, as are the cocktails! On the evening we were there, service was quite slow. The restaurant was not crowded but there was a wedding reception down the hall, so that may have made service slower. Also, the restaurant has a modern design, and feels very sterile and bright. Some might like that, but it did not give a romantic or intimate feel for our date night. I'd recommend turning the lights down about 30%.

We had the most beautiful night to sit on this patio! The atmosphere is very modern but very friendly and the view from the patio was amazing! The food and service were excellent. I had the Butternut Squash Tortellacia and it was fantastic!

My family and I have loved the deck and the beauty of Arnie's outdoor surroundings since shortly after its opening. However, I must say that it's menu needs a complete overhaul. It's very limited, and the food is, for the most part, very mediocre. Bar is fairly good, with a couple of good craft-type beers to choose from, but even that menu warrants expansion. PLEASE, PLEASE Arnie's management - listen to these reviews!! While we've all been longing for this type of outdoor eating & drinking venue in the Lake Elmo area for quite some time, many of us won't keep coming if the menu/eating experience is not improved soon. (July2019) P.S. Only reason we didn't give 2 vs. 3 stars was because we had an adorable, sweet young male waiter who was so very gracious and kind; as well as the fact we love the view from the deck.

Friendly, competent service, very nice family-friendly modern dining area. Lunch was awesome - well-prepared and served hot! Loved the coleslaw - unique and very tasty! Lovely deck with an expansive view of the golf course. We'll be back!
