Lake Elmo Inn

An amazing restaurant that has been a staple of the east Twin Cities area for many years. Their brunch is legendary and their dinner menu is perfect for getting the family together for a celebration. The wild rice & duck soup is a must try as well as their lobster bisque. The sunnies are a unique and quality addition to the menu and their salmon and crab cakes are excellent. For dessert, don't forget to try the Sin of the Inn which is a rich and delicious chocolate creation.

Died and gone to heaven!

This is the best restaurant in the east metro! My wife and I celebrated some big news here and we couldn’t have choose anyplace better.

My wife got the lobster ravoli. It was super tender and the lobster tail was perfectly cooked. The sauce was flavorful but didn’t over take the lobster.

I had the prime rib. Wow! It was the most tender and flavorful prime rib I have ever had. No sauce needed!! The fingerling potatoes came with an amazing sauce that should be sold by the gallon.

It was expensive so save it for a special night but the best restaurant around!

Five Star as always. John is still the "bomb". Scooter Pie and Asparagus, heavenly.... so good to be back. ????

Lake Elmo Inn was very good. It's not a fast place to eat but the food is delicious as everything is homemade. Prices were higher than chain restaurants but the food quality was great! The staff was very friendly and sang for a couples 58th anniversary and my mom's birthday as well. Great place and I'll definitely be going back again.

Everything was very nice at the Champagne Brunch. Atmosphere, buffet, many choices and presentation was top notch. Our server Jean was amazing and spot on. Only 2 issues I found...you had to go through salad side and then get in line again for hot food, also congested through the buffet area as others were being seated. And just an important side note...it is dangerous to put the shrimp cocktail boat above other food as juices from shrimp could drip down on bagels,etc. Shell fish allergies are deadly. Would definitely return.
