Chilkoot Cafe

Originally, I shared five stars. That was a while ago. Recently, we've seen an opportunity to increase quality, consistency and energy in the cafe. Time to focus again on these areas, as the local cafe competition is coming.

Absolutely delicious food! The atmosphere is so comfortable, clean, and cute. Try the Market Vegetable Hash with skillet potatoes or go for the maple pecan bar from the bake case. YUM!

This is our new favorite coffeehouse in Stillwater. Great atmosphere, good coffee and some really nice breakfasts and pastries. It's just a few blocks from the Saturday farmers market, so it's a nice place to stop after the market visit. This evening we will check out the live music. I wish we had a place over on this side of the river in Hudson that was this cool.

Great local cafe, plus bike shop! Delicious sandwiches. Cool atmosphere with an open kitchen concept, and local art on rotation on the walls. They roast their own coffee beans, which can be purchased on site. And host a variety of events from musicians, writers, art etc. So glad we moved to town and have this gem available! Highly recommend!
