McDonald's

Fresh fast food! In and out at the drive-thru and great coffee too, just a few minutes in our day. Two breakfast sandwiches with two medium coffees too good to cost so little! No restaurant can beat McDonald's for convenience with high quality eats! Respecfully, Rich and Vickie Erickson.

By far the most modern McDonald's I've seen, the screens to order food from are really nice and make it easy to find what you want on the menu.

We came for the play place with our grandchildren. My husband ordered a breakfast. My granddaughter wanted chocolate milk. As I went up to order that, my husband asked if I could get him some syrup since he had only gotten jelly.

I ordered chocolate milk and asked for syrup. When I got back to the booth, I discovered I had white milk. I looked at the receipt and noticed she had charged me for both.

I went back up with both receipts. I asked why we got white milk instead of chocolate, and why I had been charged for the syrup.

Her responses were,
"You only get one extra syrup for free."
"You didn't tell me it was for an order."
"You didn't order chocolate milk"
"I made up that order, I'm sure that I put syrup on it."

She refunded the money for the syrup, but my attitude was spoiled. Why would a person order only milk and syrup? She didn't ask. I don't speak loudly, I know. If she didn't hear, she could have asked which milk I wanted.

I guess she was having a bad day. I'm sorry she felt the need to spread it around.

This location was easy to get too, clean, and friendly. The only downside was that the cashier took our money and then got our ice cream cones without gloves or washing. She had gloves on prior to taking our money so we hope her hands weren't too dirty.
