    The food is great, the employees always seem tense with each other when I've been there though.

    Bagels are on the smaller side but otherwise definitely the closest to NY style bagels I've had in the Midwest

    Manager needs help in knowing how to manage more than 3 customers. The bagels are wonderful!! So few good bagel places anymore..
