Hardee's

4 stars for the benefit of the doubt. They opened a couple months ago and they are still learning... we go for lunch a couple times a month, and more times than not there is something missing from the order, it is cold, or something was made incorrectly. I'm sure it will get better after everyone is confident in their roles at their new careers.

This was the best customer service experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in forever! I met my father there for lunch. I had my three year old in tow and a broken arm. He was crazy and they were so inviting and welcoming to us. They were short staffed and as a manager myself understand the strain that causes. Equipment was malfunctioning and they remade my burger for me as my first was not hot. I forgot to ask for my crazy son's milk and they apologized and gave us two! The girl working the counter was amazing and so delightful to deal with and would hire her in an instant. Everyone working on 3/8/21 between 2-330pm deserves an award! Thank you all for a great visit and hospitality. You were short staffed and kept your cool and handled stuff amazingly!!

Pretty good fast food and definitely a great addition to our small town where we've had the same choices for a quick bite for a very long time. Some things could improve and I'm sure they will with time. The menu is bigger than most fast food joints with a good range of choices.
