“This was my first time visiting Caribou Coffee. I’m from NC and we don’t have one of these. Needless to say, I feel we are missing out! The quality of this coffee was so good. I had a turtle mocha with dark chocolate. I think the authentic chocolate makes a big difference. What really sealed the experience for me was how kind and warm the two young ladies at the window who handled my order were. One took the time to explain (very thoroughly) the differences between two items I was considering. She also took time to ask me what I was used to getting at other places to ensure my option would be something I’d like. It had been a long day in a new place, and the hospitality I received here truly put a smile on my face! Keep up the wonderful customer service!”

“when are we leaving the restaurant I was trying to get something called such as a milkshake or something like that whereas I could cool off on a hot day... And I seen a glass there's plastic with a lid and a straw and I picked it out and ask her how much for that and it was $21 that I wasn't expecting... I purchased it anyway and found out two weeks later that I could have purchased coffee all the time and it would have been a way to cheaper in that glass that's one of the good things about it but it only lasted for two more months I don't drink enough coffee to use the glass... That's why I gave it a low score I know if I was going to people to go into Caribou coffee and they're very happy that should say read their book play on their laptop and such like that... So I don't mean to give it as a bowl score but just my experience wasn't the greatest”

“Did an order for a work group on a Saturday morning. They plowed through it efficiently and all the food and coffee was excellent. We'll be using Dunkin' again this week for another work order. “We were very impressed by the friendliness and patience of the employees early this morning—on Thanksgiving Day! We needed breakfast to go as we headed out of town. Our original plan was McDonalds but they were closed. We were very glad to see that Coffee & Bagels was open, and not only that, the people working there were cheerful and kind. What a great way to start our long drive. We didn’t know the menu so we needed extra time to decide, and the young man helping us was very patient. He repeated our whole order back and made sure we got everything we needed. When we pulled up, he had the coffee right away. The female employee who gave us our coffee was very sweet and smiley, too! We asked them to fill a thermos with hot water which they gladly did. At the end we wished each other a Happy Thanksgiving and went on our way. Overall, this was very pleasant. It’s amazing what a couple kind and cheerful employees can do. Thank you!”

“My family and I love this place. Don’t let it’s location fool you. It is tucked away a little but totally worth the trip. Their donuts are phenomenal! If you like blueberry donuts, there’s is the best I’ve ever had. And I am a doughnut fan. One of my favorite pastries is apple fritters. Again, there’s is one of the best. Slightly crunchy on the outside but soft and flavorful on the inside. And lastly, my family and I stopped by when they were closed, thinking they were open, and they happened to be there working. We realized they were closed but said hey and headed back to the car. And to our surprise, a wonderful lady followed us out to the car and gave us free donuts even though they were closed. This place is great!”

“Staff is great here, had the same younger guy with glasses the last few times I've gone who is super friendly and helpful. Pretzels taste great, my girlfriend and I have had one of each now (we stop by almost every time we go through the mall). The parmesan is one of the best (tastes like a pretzel breads tick), we've also been enjoying the ranch lately. The regular salted pretzel is still by far my favorite, especially with the spicey cheese.”
