Great process To provide context, I manage large businesses with 50 plus employees in multiple locations. So to see how this one location operated, make me rethink my hiring strategies. The shop has two levels with the first floor dedicated to the actual coffee shop activities and the second floor more as longer stay lounge. Friendly staff and fast service. When I got there, the drinks were ready but the cinnamon rolls I ordered weren't sitting with my order. I asked about them and the lady wanted to stand there and argue that they weren't purchased while a line was waiting. I was trying to show her on the app that they were ordered and purchased but she angrily threw one cinnamon roll in a bag and said "I'm not arguing with you. There, you got what you paid for" and handed me the bag. I said thank you and went on my way. When we got home, there was only one cinnamon roll. So actually, no, I didn't get what I paid for. I think the order ahead feature would be great if it you could get the order accurate. PS, each of my 3 drinks I received said 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc. So that should show there are 2 more items to be added to the order right? Numbers, man. They're hard.”

“So glad to see staff from the Perkins in Chanhassen, MN that had closed down. They are so friendly and they really do care about their customers too. Their muffins, the pumpkin and strawberry muffins, are so yummy.... Their malts are very wonderful too...It's a good place to go if you want a good hearty meal or some good comfort food as well. The salmon is tender. The salads are fresh. Their caramel apple pie tastes homemade ( in a good way ; ) ) and the staff has even gone out of their way to make things fresh for me when I've come in before too...and have made sure that there are plenty of strawberry or pumpkin muffins there when I come in. that's how nice and personal they are. Really sweet people and really tasty food. : )”
