LSS -yeah before I got there that morning I've been nearly missed by lightning strike and almost nearly hit two huge deer in in steady rain on slick roads and I was a nervous wreck and I pulled over too chill out and there was a Kountry Kitchen right next to the other place that had the great sausage biscuits so I really got packed at that corner the restaurant has dozens of reviews and they're all exemplary this is one that really the whole area is definite minimum one week with everything there to see all these places to go and sign in and see everything there's no way I can even touch what's in that place. This place is a hidden treasure. I have been going here and eating for over a decade since before it burned and they rebuilt it. If you are from out of state and want to actually eat like us locals, this is it. This is legit 100% soul food. The vegetables taste like they just came out of the garden. Fried chicken that's better than grannies. Porkchops covered in gravy. Bread pudding that melts in your mouth. Try it out and support local business!

Great country cooking. The inside is decorated with a little of everything. Lots of roosters, a big mule, lots of old antiques and even a picture of my favorite entertainer Elvis. You just have to come and see for yourself. The owner is really nice.
