“I order the Maci special with shrimp, I waited patiently (because I work in the restaurant business) to receive my order. Forty minutes later I was informed, "sorry but I forgot we have no shrimp". How do you forget what product you are out of. That's why you have a particular person keeping up with what is short in order to supply for the next day coming. Not just because I don't have it, I just won't sell it. I'm traveling through from my hometown in New Jersey and I love small town food. All I can say is, Thank God for the small convenient store they call shop and wash. Its food saved my life.”
