Update: came back later that day to get her a smoothie and the original person apologized about earlier. Came next morning at 10:20ish and they shorted me an item on my order but didn’t charge for it so I mobile ordered it and came inside before the cutoff and they got it to me. Place is nice and new and people seem nice
My girlfriend’s birthday she didn’t want me to cook anything she just wanted a McGriddle so I look at the time and order on the app at 10:20. Get to the place at 10:30 exactly thinking i made it just in time but the app tells me they stopped breakfast at 10:29. I get inside and wait in line and by the time I get to the front it’s 10:31 and I try explaining what happened, showed my mobile order, and even said I would scratch all the other items on my order if I can just get her a McGriddle and they still say no. I would understand if I was 5 or 10 minutes late and I know McDonald’s is supposed to be a machine and all but come on let’s be human. Not gonna lie I lost some faith in humanity after that
