From the moment you step inside you will be amazed first by the clean, fresh, colorful and fun design/decor. Then the amount of space for dining in, lastly the food and service.
Customer service is top-notch. They are patient with you as you learn how to order off their menu. They are very helpful and friendly. The food is on the pricier side but you get a huge portion of some of the most yummiest Ramen bowls/rice bowls. Poke World is a must try!
I ordered online it was very easy and fast online. When I went to pick it up it was even better. I got to ask question about the poke bowl and they do have cook meat. I also ordered the tea that was pictured on the menu. It's called the signature fruit tea. There food is awesome I had always wanted to try a Ramen Noodles restaurant and it was good. The atmosphere felt great. They have great customer service as well.
the staff was very friendly. The food was slightly above par. For a Ramen shop that has modern vibe is great. Will come back again 😁👌🏾🍵🔥
This is a long one...im sorry 🤣 Service was great but I do have some criticisms I will cover later. Ramen was amazing but the chicken ramen should specify that it's fried chicken. My wife was under the assumption it would be sliced like my pork ramen was. The soy garlic wings were great. I normally like my wings fried hard but that didn't affect the flavor. The buns were great as well. Tried all three and the pork and fried chicken were my favorites. The slushies had an amazing flavor. They can be a bit sweet so you may want to try half sugar or the zero sugar option if you are watching your sugar levels. On the service, I highly recommend putting one employee in the line to assist with orders. On my visit there were enough people working to have one person help with orders periodically. I witnessed at least 4 people walk out due to confusion of people in front of them not knowing what to order. I believe that this would be a major quality of life change that could help the business. I had at least 2 people approach me as the customer asking what to order and we had to explain to them it was our first visit too. We could only recommend what we were eating. Still a great experience and we will be back again to try more food!
