LongHorn Steakhouse

So there was 6 of us. We was seated right away. Waitress was really nice. We ordered 2 appetizers and drinks. Both showed up in a very timely manner. We had the wings and some kind of shrimp/crab cheese dip. The wings were some.of the best I've ever had and I love wings. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. It was by far one of the best steaks I've had in a restaurant. It was cooked and seasoned to near perfection. If you haven't had it you should certainly try it. Restrooms were clean and in order. Staff was friendly. If you get the chance I would suggest giving this place a try. All of us got what we ordered and how it was ordered. No mishaps at all.

The food here was amazing. The server was quick and super friendly. Ladies room was spotless and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ladies night out!! Food is always good. Conversation great!! Our server was the best, but the person who brought out the food was awful. Never answered our question, just wanted to sit the food on table. ????

Today’s visit to this location in good old Mississippi began rocky, but Lisa(our fantastic server) brought it home. The door greeter (Michelle)was clearly bothered to do her job. Dry tone, eye roll, zero personality.
We were seated in an unclean booth. Food and crumbs in in booth and on the table. There was a lingering wet sour towel smell we endured.
While I understand it’s Saturday, along with a holiday weekend...restaurant cleanliness can make or break the time spent there.
Lisa came, introduced herself, gave suggestions, but smiled through the entire first portion. She checked on us before and after our salads, and entrees arrived. We ordered dessert to take home. I gave her a compliment and she sang a Sam Cooke song. Imagine how much fun we had.
I informed the floor manager, and he appreciated it. When you travel and visit familiar restaurants, you expect a certain amount of great service. Thank you Lisa for a great turn around!
