“This is the best hidden gem near Memphis. The food is great and the ambient just your best "southern" hospitality. Make the short drive from the city and you will find a true "locals" crawfish excellently well prepared. I landed into this place when driving on route for days-vacation & exploring from CA to Atlanta GA and needed gas. Google's map sent me off the way to Interstate 55 and to exit for route US-51 towards Hernando. Little I knew I would spent over 3hrs!! there enjoying the friendly company, the music and the food. It is a do not miss it if you are near Memphis.”

“DELISH Soul Food!!!! Just passing through town and always make sure to find a local place when I travel. What a great place. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and gave me southern hospitality. I did the oxtail dinner plate with fried okra and sweet potato casserole and added a side of catch fish. Everything was hot, and soooo tasty. Just keep in mind, food cost, labor cost, everything has gone up. So they need to charge accordingly but it’s worth it! I made this my lunch and dinner for the day cause I had leftovers. Great portions and restaurant is clean, modern, indoor and outdoor seating with a bar. Ohhhh and I got the sweet potato cheesecake! Congrats to the owners for a great experience and highly recommend!”

“Such fun. I had the duck wontons to start, and they were simply delightful. I'd return again just for them. For my meal, I had a po boy with shrimp and catfish, it was not that great. The bread was good, but the sandwich itself was just average. Also tried the nachos, also very average. The restaurant was incredibly loud. We didn't sit where the band was playing, so I'm speaking of the downstairs restaurant area. There's no sound buffers, so this is not the place to go to casually talk while you eat. You'll be left almost screaming over everyone else. The prices aren't bad at all, certainly appropriate ratio to dollar value in the serving sizes. We waited for about 15 minutes for a table but I'd come again. All in all, pleasant experience.”

My family tried a little of everything, from the avocado toast, a quinoa bowl, a smoothie bowl, and a smoothie, and we were all impressed with our food! “It was great!! The laundromat is extremely clean and it doesn't cost a fortune to use. The meat market and grill is fantastic! I ordered the fish sandwich combo and it was fried perfect! You can wash order lunch and grocery shop. One stop shop. It was my first time there but definitely not my last. Love that place!! And the restroom was spotless too.”

“Today I stopped by Kutie Pies for lunch. I was looking for a healthy option since I didn't have the time to go home. I ordered the baked chicken and green beans. Due to my extremely bad sweet tooth I ordered a lemon cupcake too. Lorddd my chicken was so juicy, tender and flavorful. Fell off the bone before melting in my mouth. The cupcake was no disappointment. Each bite was moist, fluffy and had the sweet tangy taste of lemon in each bite. I'll be stopping by to get two more cupcakes on my way to the gym lol”

“My wife and I chose to go for lunch Friday afternoon at Tekila around 2:30 thinking it would not be as busy. Restaurant appeared to be about 50% capacity and we were told 60-75 minute wait. We had couple of errands to run so that was fine, but I received a text 20 minutes later our table was ready. I felt like the hostess standard answer for wait time is to overestimate. This isn’t going to work for people on a lunch schedule. Upon being seated I realized the lunch and dinner menu are the same; no lunch options. Also a negative. Most items are served ala cart, chips and salsa extra. Our server did a very good job and the food was good, not great. 18% gratuity automatically added to our bill which I’m not a fan of if the service is not good. I didn’t catch this and tipped an additional 20%. Bar area looked spacious and appealing. Complimentary chips and salsa will help keep those drinks flowing which is a key to revenue for restaurants! We’ll give it another try for dinner as we want them to succeed, but it won’t be a weekly stop.”
