Supreme Hot Wings

Supreme Wings on Airways and Stateline is a good black owned food spot that has been there for a long time and we go there often and refer family and friends. What is sad is when you hire ppl that don't care if they tarnish your business, positive word of mouth is just as important as negative word of mouth! Today my aunt which we suggested go there received horrible customer service, the tall black women with long eye lashes was on her personal phone the whole time taking her order and was not polite. She was picking up plates and taking orders while visibly eating her food and touching everything else. My aunt was very disturbed by this and immediately came and told my mom and I. It's really sad that unprofessionalism is the reason why black owed businesses come and go so fast. I have never experienced this but I do notice that sometimes when different ppl are cashier's they aren't as polite or humble as others, it's important to know customer service is just as important as how good the food is in order to keep ppl coming and have longevity!

Very good wings, cooked just how I requested them, extra crispy and naked with the wing sauce on the side. I ordered those and some hush puppies, delicious. Got them to go, my food was hot and fresh just when the lady said it would be, she was very pleasant and courteous and I was in and out and on my way. I've never eaten at Supreme Hot Wings before, I'm based out of Nashville and I just happened to be in town for a couple of days while my truck was getting worked on. Found this little gem by accident, but will now remember it for a lifetime if I ever happen to be in town again. Wasn't really a big fan of the wing sauce,I personally prefer more spice and less sugar, but that little thing would never stop me from visiting again. Nice job Supreme Hot Wings, keep up the great work!

What a sandwich. Huge and delicious at a good price. No complaints.
