I live in Florida and drive truck all over the country and Ward's is one of my favorite places to get a meal. The people are always nice. The food is consistently delicious. The photo says it all. “They have great food here and it's fairly priced. The employees are very sweet and gracious. The only inconvenient thing about this place is they close at a weird time in the middle of the day then they open back up for a few hours in the evening and close early. “I'm glad they are back open, as they are one of those restaurants we frequent strictly due to location and convenience. Their food at best has always just been average Chinese to go food. That said before they closed for the Pandemic they did have the best Singapore Chow Mei Fun in Petal, but apparently while they were closed they changed the recipe, because it no longer even tasted nor looked like it used to. We will still be stopping by, simply due to convenience, but if that dish doesn't go back to where it was previously, I'll be ordering something different.”

Food is always good, but like the rest of the restaurant world either portions r getting smaller, prices r going up , or both. Side dish ramekins r only about 1/2 full, no good and 10$ for a 7 inch sandwich, $30 plus tip, I always tip, We could have gone to Outback or Olive Garden”
