    Wasn't very pleased with how my order turned out. There was a lot of gristle in the meat and no extra BBQ sauce. Normally it's better.

    Door dash drivers are quick, but my food took 25 minutes to prepare. Not sure what took so long on the restaurants end. edited ranking due to the polite response. thank you!

    Friendly!! Greeted me when I entered!! I had the large hero sub and it was average. Free drink as military discount. The potato soup was not good but they offer an exchange for it. Comparable to Subway.

    Friendly service and good food, but poorly managed. Waited 45 minutes for 3 medium sandwiches

    Edit: thank you for a great customer service response. I’ve gone back and changed to a 5-star review. We love firehouse and will continue to eat there in the future. Thank you!

    Ever since the new owners purchased, it’s been a satisfying experience! The managers and staff are great! The store is always clean. One thing I love the most is how they treat their third party delivery drivers! They always have respect and help ensure all items are all there for their customers.
