The Reef

My husband has been here twice and I've been once, and we are very impressed with the food. There's indoor and outdoor seating, on two levels, I believe, and the outdoor is right on the beach. It's got a fun atmosphere and a lot of good southern options on the menu. We have particularly enjoyed the dishes with Monica sauce, and my husband says the caramel cheesecake is the bomb. The shrimp grits were good too - and I was super interested in trying alligator (they had several items with gator on the menu). Not a bad price for good seafood either. Would definitely go again!

We were seated very fast. They were busy too. The waitress was right at the table. Great service the entire meal. Prices were good. Seafood platter was a good size. My wife got the crab cakes. She's particular and she loved them. Our first time there and we will go again.

Let me just say what a extremely great experience. Was greeted with very professional and kind service from Roy! He was very informative I was very impressed on how well he explained the food literally wanted to buy everything he offered. Had my mouth watering. He recommend getting the 32 oz bucket of the hurricane which I enjoyed very much along side my delicious royal reds; which are literally the best I’ve ever had and I’m a royal red freak. 10/10 great food, amazing views and spectacular service.
Ps you may be full but once Roy suggest a dessert and explains in detail how he makes it you can’t say no!

The reef was a decent experience, televisions are around and you can watch them while you wait for your food. I had the grouper as thought the food was good, one of my friends thought the flounder was not as large as the description makes it out to be, but enjoyed his food as well. The only problem was the wait, but as a big restaurant it is to be expected so it was fine. Food was good, seating was good, good times all around.

Great food, Great service, and Great location! with a view looking over the gulf! As a local, we've eaten there numerous times and have always left satisfied. Prices are comparable to similar seafood restaurants, but not overpriced. Inside and outside dining. Enjoy
