Harbor View Cafe

Food was great, they have outdoor dining but it was too cool for me so I got my food to go.
The inside portion of the restaurant was all open so I didn’t feel comfortable dining inside.

Great service and food.
Lizzy was so great with our family..
The guy with the green hair at host stand looks like he would rather be elsewhere than here.
We came on December 12th. Nice. But, get the sound boards back up.
It is so loud in here now. Even at 50 percent seating.
Very loud now.

Burgers Brews and Shakes night is such a fantastic deal! Best burger in town, by far! The service was excellent, and the outside views of the water and sunset were a nice addition.

My husband and I went here for breakfast. My hubs was kind of sad we didn’t go to Waffle House, because the neighbor boy said the local WH was the best he had ever had. I dragged my boo out of bed (he likes to sleep in while on vacation ?) and we went to harbor view. Beautiful location, we sat on the balcony overlooking the beach. In addition, their coffee refill service was excellent, never had an empty glass! This appears to be a local favorite amongst the elderly in town. My boos steak was good, and my crab bene was pretty good- lots of crab, but no English muffin! The breakfast was small, my man left hungry (he wanted that dang Waffle House!). The prices were very reasonable. Overall, a great experience.

The cheese curds were actually quite awesome. And the service was excellent, but I couldn't bring myself to rate Harbor View 5 star -- the burger I had was good, but nothing particularly great about it. Could have used more seasoning. My wife got a shrimp salad and being on the gulf I expected some tasty local shrimp (or at least some from nearby), but fairly certain these were frozen and not from the gulf. But the cheese curds were good.
