“The food was amazing. I cannot believe this gem is in Long Beach and I didn't know about it. It has outdoor seating upstairs by the caboose and downstairs under an awning with a bar and tvs. On the day I went it was chilly because of the fans and about to rain but I imagine on a good warm day it would be more enjoyable. The service is a little slow but I wasn't upset because it appeared there were only two people working there. The bowl I got was amazing. I am definitely looking forward to going back. Be prepared to spend about $17-$20 per person for lunch. I will definitely be going back. I love how fresh the food was and how they didn't weigh the bowls down with too much rice...it was the perfect amount. Very fresh vegetables and great dressing.”

“Everything about this place was fantastic. We were sat immediately and served warm chips and fresh salsa. They had a great lunch menu, super afforable. My husband ordered the Fiesta quesadilla with steak, and I got the Muenudo and fajita combo. The portions were huge! The quesadilla was bigger than my husband's hand. They didn't skimp of the meat either. Not to mention, everything was so delicious and authentic. The horchata also came in your own pitcher to drink from. Service was 100% attentive and polite Jalapeño Grill has now become our favorite and go to spot for Mexican food. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”

“I go to this store almost everyday. The owners name is Sal. His brother “Z” also works here also. They are the best people you could ever meet. I have certain drinks Dr. Pepper/Cream Soda w/zero sugar)that I like and you can’t find them in just any store. Sal makes sure that they stay stocked in his store for me. He also keeps my vapes in stock. If you want above and beyond service, always choose this store. It is absolutely the best service station around.”

“This is damaged from hurricane ZETA. But it was one of the first places that was open to feed the locals, first responders, and workers. This place is fast with service, extremely polite, and one of the best McDonald's around. “I ordered an appetizer of spinach, artichoke and crab dip, best dip ever! My friend ordered the fried green tomatoes and they were excellent. Our entrees were the seafood combination platter of jumbo fried shrimp, fried oysters and fried crab fingers. Everything was perfect. We got gumbo before our entrees with yum yum bread. Craig was our server and he was excellent! He made our meal even better.”

“Went there on 10/10/20 around 1:30 a.m. As we are getting the tail winds of Hurricane Delta. Was served by a super polite and soft spoken older but not "old" woman. My bill came out to $12 and change. I handed the Extremely cute "thick in the right places younger woman a $100 and she wasn't sure if they could drop it," they did ". I told her to just make the bill $20 even. Would love if the younger woman got in touch with me. I'd like to get to know her better.”
