Bonsai Japanese Steak House

Friends took me here saying it was excellent. They did not exaggerate! I normally turn up my nose at sushi except at my favorite place. Upon their recommendation, I had a sushi plate which was excellent! Well prepared and presented, with excellent taste and no sliminess.
They do have an interesting menu as you have to be able to read a QR code to view it.

It was my understanding they had NO paper menus which I think is a big mistake. Some people do not have the ability to read QR codes and I fear they will shamed if they cannot, especially if it occurs at a busy time when it would make others wait or they would be pulled from the line. I hope they have a plan in place for this issue.
I definitely recommend Bosai! Eating here is heavenly!

Hadn't been in 12 years. Took my wife for her birthday today. It was just like I remembered. Everything was great. Wont wait so long next time

We had another perfect and flawless visit. Parking spots are a little tight for large vehicles and that was the only downside of the entire visit. We sat in the sushi area and ordered from the Hibachi grill. Food was prepared flawlessly and cooked to perfection. We were quickly seated and had no complaints about the food or staff. my Tea glass was kept full and they were very attentive.

The food was excellent. We were there on lunch, so there wasn't much of a Hibachi show, which is normal for those crowded times. We also waited 20 minutes for each beverage refill, the waiter would simply disappear. Will be back for the food, hope the service gets better. Family and I had a great visit. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We sat in the booth area and ordered from the habatchi grill. Food was very good and just as we ordered. This is our favorite Japanese Steak house..
