    I remember going to the first one in Kansas City as a child. They created the fast food industry with great tasting burger's and fantastic fries. Unfortuneately the quality and taste of their food has declined over the years. Many times you get cold food poorly assembled and dry burgers. Very long wait times. The managers don't seem to care. Often times out of soft drinks and unsweet tea. Effiecientcy is terrible. Such a shame.
