Chuck E. Cheese

Its a good place. my mom ordered pizza, probably after 45 minutes or more before we left, but when she asked where it was, they said it wasn’t even ready. She said it wasn’t even cooked. She ordered wings and pizza. They weren't there when they was supposed to be. Also, I got scammed from the ball claw machine, twice. Please fix the machine, and I hope for better service and better machinery next time i visit.

This was our first time at Chuck E cheese in over 10 years. They redid the entire place with new games and it was clean. My 1 year old son ran into the birthday area which we were not a part of and reached for a balloon and tried to pull him back out but the worker was nice enough to give him the balloon.

My best friend's son was cashing out his tickets for prizes and he dropped his opened air head and cried and the worker was nice enough to replace it. The customer service here was impeccable and I was so impressed with how they ran the place. We will be back. So glad we have a place for kids in Jackson area.

Friendly staff and clean! They also still have tokens and tickets, so that was a nice surprise and a little dose of nostalgia! :)

I had a good experience at Chuck E Cheese, the atmosphere was very nice, the workers were friendly and the prices were reasonable. There was a lot of fun activities for kids.

My kids (5 and 9) begged to come. I tried so hard to avoid the trip. But when we walked in, Tyliah and Keela immediately made it fun. They helped with selection of our lunch and showed us how many coins would be enough. They had additional drinks to offer the kids, even though the menu only offered soft drinks. It was clean, all the games were working (so far), and and the kids had a blast. Grateful for this fun place in Jackson
