(September 13, 2017, 12:46 am)We found this delightful Mexican restaurant when we evacuated Florida and came to Jackson MS. Staff were friendly and our waiter was excellent. The food was great and served nicely. The owner made it a point to welcome us and talk about the hurricane. Affordable, ambience and fun. Cannot say enough good about Papitos. Just wish he would open one in Tampa Bay area.
