    Better than Madison McDonald's. I never had a problem anytime I visited.

    This was the first McDonald's I have went to where the food was piping hot and just made. The service was fast a friendly. If I lived closer,I would only go to this one.

    Orders are almost always right and their "ice cream machine isn't down" as much as other McDonald's, so that's a plus. Service is usually pretty good, never had a problem here. At first sight, employees might seem distracted, not-caring, or on their phones, but any first assumptions I have are quickly flattened by their attentive, efficient, and considerate responses to my questions or orders. Have to say, one of the better McDonald's in Jackson.

    The wait was a little longer than usual and I really didn’t mind at all but the woman working was very apologetic. You could tell she genuinely felt bad when I told her what my order was and she realized it had been a while. When I did get my food there was an extra small fry and ketchup packet. Awesome employee! I wish I caught her name.
