Saltine Restaurant

Had a little snafu on a Sunday night. The manager called and invited us back to make it right the next morning. The whole staff made sure we felt welcome. I had the vegetable plate. The Brussels sprouts were my favorite! My husband had the red beans and rice which he loved. Thank you for making sure we were able to try Saltine while on our visit to Mississippi!

Perfect outdoor patio area with even better service. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The food was also great. Highly recommend!

We were greeting with smiles and warm Southern hospitality when we first arrived. The venue was completely packed, but they did an excellent job of getting us seated and keeping us informed about the length of the wait before our table was ready.

Hostess who was working the front door was full of energy. She was awesome. Our waiter was not attentive to his table and lacked energy. Ordered an oyster po boy. It was great!!. The comeback sauce was delicious. Also ordered shrimp and grits. Grits were a little dry. The entree was good. My only complaint about the food was that it was ridiculously salty. This is not the place to be if you have heart problems. I see how the place gets its name.

oysters and the setting at this spot is very good. Good place to relax and unwind. Next time I'll be back with my relatives. It has a great interior. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.
