“This establishment is always quick with their service. I have hardly ever had to spend a long time waiting in line. The employee's could use some retraining on their customer service at times, but they are not too bad. The food is always fresh and hot. If you do have to wait for something to be served, they will provide you with a complimentary drink for your wait. This is an awesome way to let your customers know they are appreciated and valued.Therefore, they get a high rating from me! Keep up the good work guys!!”

“Placed a pickup order and when I got there...they were super busy with people picking up orders. But, Demond White had the best attitude and was very thorough. One person told me that my order wasn't ready. He came by and asked me what was said about my order(because he noticed I had been sitting there for a while)...and when I told him my name...he said "yes ma'am I saw your order and it's ready. He went in and came right back out with it. My fries were cold...but I didn't bother to complain. I had to wait for a while...but he made it all worth it. He deserves recognition!!!!!”

“The restaurant side of Mr. Chen's is decorated nicely. The menu is extensive, and everything I have tried tastes amazing! Best green beans you will ever eat. I love shopping at the market too. There are lots of fresh asian fruits and vegetables that taste way better than the same if you try to purchase at Kroger or Wal-mart. Plus tons of fun snacks and drinks to try and ingredients for those that trust their culinary ability.”

“I called in a to go ordered this location is only allowing to go orders. The person told me my order would be ready in 7 minutes which is was. When I arrived they were bagging the last of my order. The service was a little slow, it was only 2 other customers besides myself and my order was ready but I stood around for another 7 minutes or so waiting on the employee to total up everything. The food was good. No complaints other than maybe they can be a little more efficient.”

“This is the pasta Alfredo with chicken, sausage, shrimp, broccoli and garlic bread. You can have your pasta prepared anyway you like. So much food on this plate. Two adults were able to share. If the plate shown here is too large for you. You can order a small plate. Staff very friendly and on point when it comes to the dishes and prices. First time calling did not get an answer. Pleasantly surprised when I received a call back from the restaurant. How often does this happen?! Never! And on a Friday. Takeout only. No curbside service yet. Parking can be a little challenging. Restaurant is clean. At this time mask is required. Cash and debit accepted. Happy eating!”

“I've had Snobizes multiple times while driving from work back home. I've not tried all the flavors avaliable but I can share on those I have. Strawberry was delicous, watermelon was divine though slightly watery, grape was sweet but slightly tart, Orange was really accurate to the fruit and coloration. The service is expedient and always friendly. I haven't tried the ice cream they have offered so I can't say how it is and how it compares to other local buisnesses. The other menu items I have nothing to say of. Can highly reccomend.”

“The food here is GREAT and the portions are substantial. I got way more food than I thought I would and I am not mad about it. They no longer serve virgin daiquiris so have your ID ready! But back to the FOOD. My Gawd. So good. I got the crab and shrimp plate and ordered with 2 other people and one person got the shrimp plate. We had sweet heat, cajun, and inferno seasoning. All were true to their name. Inferno was HOT-- I am curious what "hot as hell" is like.... but not curious enough to try it myself lol! I am definitely going to be a frequent customer.”
