“Jimmy Johns is a great place to get a terrific tasting sandwich from. The ingredients are fresh and they have a great selection of sandwiches to choose from. My issues have always been with the delivery option the store has. I get an hour for lunch at my job and usually place order 30 minutes before the beginning of my break. I get the notifications that my order has been received, made, and out for delivery usually within 15 minutes of my order. This is where the problems occur...I work 10 minutes away from the store and almost 45 minutes later I usually have to call to check on my order. I’ve had to cancel orders in the past because an hour and a half has passed since placing the order and still never received my order. I hate giving this restaurant a 3 star but the delivery is a nightmare for me every time.”

“I am changing my review from two years ago! Below is a review I wrote for this location, but I had to come back to revise it. The service at this Taco Bell is amazing now and the staff is so nice! They have really stepped it up, and we are always happy with our orders. This Taco Bell location can’t get anything right. I’ve been through the drive thru a few times recently hoping for a fast on-the-go meal. This past week I was trapped in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes because my car is too short to hop the curb and leave. There was only one car in front of me and no customers in the restaurant. In addition to this, they left half my order out of the bag and got at least one other item wrong. I ordered one shredded chicken burrito on another recent occasion and half of the ingredients were left out of the burrito. Very disappointing.”
