Live music by Chance Stanley was good but not so loud that it detracted from eating in the main dining room. Shrimp and grits was New Orleans quality, yum yum. “This is the classic off the beaten path country restaurant. My whole family loved it. We paid $21 (plus tip) for four people for breakfast. Adorable decor. Quick service. The menu was simple but had a decent amount of variety. It’s not my thing, but they have chocolate gravy and biscuits. It was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely patronize again. Don’t let the muddy parking lot fool you.”

“Comer's has been a favorite of mine and my family! The food is delicious (the chicken strip plate is amazing) and Dora makes it so much better! She makes everyone feel welcome and want to come back. My only issue and reason for 4 stars is the prices continue to go up and I realize their cost may change etc but let's get real you're making a very good profit without raising your price every 6 months. We're the people who continue to be loyal customers and keep the place a tradition so it would be great if they could have some care about our lives too”

“I love that they hire local young adults to get them work experience and they're trained so well that they can use the experience for their futures. They are polite and bubbly, great customer service and the food is great. For being a Mom & Pop restaurant their prices are reasonable, full meal for $7 or $8. Try the Hot Fudge Sunda... it's life changing, I know people who drive from Tupelo to come here for date night.”
