    I go from Mobile to New Orleans always look forward to stopping at Fair yards to get there great po boys

    Best po boy on the coast. Dressed and pressed. Good seasoning on the shrimp

    Oyster shrimp poboy. No skimping on the shrimp and oysters. Fantastic, glad we stumbled on it. Will stop by next time we are driving this way. And maybe go for the straight oyster poboy. No photos because I was too hungry and it tasted too good.

    Loved the shrimp Po-boy! not just fried shrimp on a bun. It was loaded with well spiced fresh fried shrimp, simple lettuce, tomato and mayo on a great roll. Definitely worth the stop. Hidden in a Marathon gas station the place isn't much to look at but Po-boy sure was good. Service was relatively quick for fresh hot food.

    We are locals and our #1 Most Favorite place to order poboys is Fayard’s!!! My favorite is their shrimp ? and my husband always orders a crabmeat and a roast beef with gravy, both dressed and pressed! Try them - you will be thrilled!!!
