We loved this place. We decided to try it randomly and it has become one of our favorite places to eat. The food looks amazing and well portioned. The presentation makes me feel like they care how their food looks and tastes. This is definitely a place you should try if you haven't.

Decided to try this location after searching the area for a new place to try. Must say it was so good that I came back a second day in a row. Both days I sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the weather. The deck is nicely shaded by large oak trees and has a large fireplace for cool evenings. The tea was sweet and fresh. The first day I tried the Bistreaux Burger and right then decided I was coming back. The burger can be ordered on French bread or a biscuit, I opted for the homemade biscuit and was glad. It was dressed and had a fried egg, I ordered over medium, and candied bacon. It had a small amount of maple syrup, not drenched, but just enough. The burger was fantastic. I came with a side which I chose garlic butter skillet potatoes. Good choice. My second trip I tried the Cajun shrimp grits which were covered in a Cajun cream sauce. They came with Texas Toast which I asked if I could sub one of the biscuits. I was told it would be no problem, +1 for allowing subs. The prices which were around $15-18 were reasonable and quite fair for the quality. Highly recommend if in the area.

What a delight! Try "The Port" omelette, beautiful presentation, delicious, and well worth it! All the food we had was excellent. We got here an hour after opening on a Saturday (9am) and successfully avoided the crowds and had no wait for a table. The service was great too! The interior is very nicely decorated and warm. I love the historic wood floors mixed with the newer ceiling beams and lighting. The chairs are comfy too, perfect for when you're feeling full and Lazy.

Cute restaurant with easy parking. The food was incredible, best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. We tried the Texas toast, yogurt, biscuit sandwich with sausage, omelettes, pancake and glazed beignets everyone said they were delicious. Eating here is a must! We got there early on a Sunday to avoid a wait for our large party.

    Killer Food!
    Menu attached.
Photo has days and hours of operation.

One of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The food was fresh and very good. My wife got the Harbor and the grits. You didn’t have to touch.
Been open for about 5 months.
    Future plans are :

Five course fine dining Friday and Saturday night by reservation only. This is going to start in 4 to 8 weeks.

Catering for Friday and Saturday night .

    Nightly dinners in the future.

    Wedding, birthday parties, corporate gatherings.

This is some of the best food that I have had on the coast, this place, and maybe less than a year will be hard to get into. It is that good !
