Starbucks

Really nice location. Stopped by while we were passing through Laurel. Service was fast, staff nice, and nice little outside area. Exterior of building was really nice compared to what we have back home

My family and I visited this location while out of town. This is a super cute Starbucks location. The inside was clean and organized. The bathrooms were also very clean. The indoor tables and chairs were cuter and comfier than any other Starbucks location I've been to. It's also spacious with more seating area than most. They have an outdoor, covered porch area with cute & comfy seating as well. Every employee we encountered was friendly, informative and helpful. Our drinks were very good as well.

Normally Starbucks is a reliably good place with friendly staff. We went to the one in Laurel on Easter and the staff were very unfriendly. No one greeted us, or spoke in any way to us. No, can I take your order, thank you, have a nice day, nothing. I know it was a holiday but they were open and they seemed annoyed we walked in. The drinks weren't worth their price either. One thing about Starbucks is, they're expensive but usually good. These were not. We are visiting from PA and would not return to this Starbucks based on this experience.

I absolutely adore Starbucks and their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew! From the moment I walk into this Starbucks location, I am always greeted with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure that I have the best experience possible.

And let's talk about the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew for a moment, shall we? It is hands down one of the best iced coffee drinks that I have ever had. The smoothness of the cold brew combined with the richness of the vanilla sweet cream is simply divine. It's the perfect balance of sweetness and strength, and it always gives me the energy boost that I need to power through my day.

What's even better is that Starbucks uses high-quality ingredients, so I know that I am getting a drink that is both delicious and made with care. I love Starbucks, but I've had to send my order back a few times because of different people filling orders and just not paying attention. Other than that, I truly enjoy having them here.
