Food was great as always and quick... service was lacking... was ignored by my server & had to locate him in order to get my check and leave

The wild rice soup is superb.. More like a chowder. It is thick and hearty loaded with rice, bacon and seasoned to perfection. With a grilled cheese it is a warm and hearty meal that is so filling you may not even be able to finish. Lilly fries are a must to order. French fries smothered in cheese and ranch and topped with bacon & fried shrimp. Wow. The best philly cheesesteak I have ever had. EVER! They are wonderful! Great service with food that is cooked fresh and made to order!

We stopped in based on review's & proximity. The best thing about La Pinata is by and far the interior decoration, it is bright & festive. Now as far as the food, though it wasn't bad, it also wasn't great, it was simply average Mexican fare. Service was average also, the football game on the TV nearest us held more of the servers attention than us & the other diners in their section.

The chips and salsa are super fresh!!!! The menu offered several different things to choose from. The item prices were incredibly reasonably and the serving sizes were great. I’ve had Mexican food from various restaurants in Meridian and this one is definitely my favorite. The food comes out super quick too!!!!
